The International Conference on the 2nd Edition of the Plant Science and Molecular Biology World Conference (PMBWC) 2025, hosted by Precision Global Conferences, will be held at Millennium Hotel Paris CDG in France. The session will commence promptly at 8:30 AM with an opening ceremony, followed by keynote presentations, speaker sessions, and poster presentations. Please make sure you arrive at the meeting room before the conference starts.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Submit abstracts electronically as an email attachment before the deadline.
- Include all pertinent information, such as the author's name, the title of the abstract, the author's email address, the scientific session, the oral or poster presentation, etc.
- Please submit your abstracts in plain American English to help the reviewers concentrate on the abstract's scientific content.
- There is no limit to abstract submission.
- Each abstract should be submitted once. Duplicate abstracts that are submitted under various author names or titles won't be taken into consideration.
- An internal panel of reviewers will examine the abstracts.
Abstract Review and Selection:
Abstracts must be 250 words or less, including references. The review committee and program editors may edit abstracts for brevity, readability, vocabulary, and style. Each submitted abstract will be evaluated by a multidisciplinary, international panel of experts. The reviewers were asked to review the abstracts for the sessions they were assigned to by their areas of expertise within three days of submitting their own. Following the review of the papers, the conference administration will mail the status of the abstract.
On-site Registration:
- Conference Registration starts at 08:00 AM on October 19, 2025, at Millennium Hotel Paris CDG, France. The exact name of the conference room is published in the final program.
- At the registration desk, you will receive your conference badge, conference folder, abstract book, and conference program.
- Lunch vouchers will be given to you at the registration desk; please hand them to the restaurant staff when you get your lunch.
Speaker Guidelines:
- To inform you of any unforeseen changes, we kindly ask that all participants be present at the conference from the beginning to the end of the session.
- Each speaker is given a 20-minute slot. Follow the time limit and finish the presentation promptly.
- English should be used as the presentation language.
- The presentation doc files must be in PPT or PDF file formats. Make sure the PowerPoint slides are clear and easy to understand.
- Participants must submit their documents in a flash or pen drive fifteen days before the conference.
- Before the session begins, verify that your PPTs are operating correctly.
- The conference room's laptop, projector, slide pointer, and sound system eliminate the need for participants to bring their laptops.
- Personal laptops are not permitted for presentations due to their setup time. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, contact the organizing team.
- Make sure your doc files are compatible. To ensure compatibility with conference systems, make sure your files are compatible.
- Please get in touch with the support staff if you have any concerns.
- Please be patient and obey the organizing committee's instructions for the presentation to go smoothly and successfully.
Poster Guidelines:
- As per the final program, all poster presentations need to be mounted on the walls one hour before the start time of poster sessions.
- Poster Dimensions: Each poster's display area on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high.
- All posters should be prepared and brought to the conference by the presenters.
- On-site printing is not facilitated; the presenter should do it in advance.
- It would help if you collected your poster by the end of the day; we disposed of the posters left behind.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
- Virtual Presentation allows participants to present conveniently from home or work without traveling.
- Registered participants will receive the meeting invite with a personalized user ID for webinar access a few days before the event.
- Please attend the meeting 30 minutes early to minimize last-minute technical issues.
- Each speaker has 20-25 minutes for their presentation. Please plan for 17-19 minutes for an introduction and Q&A at the end. Please start and end your presentation at the indicated times in the program.
- If you are a presenter, be ready with your presentation slides open on your device when the meeting starts. You can share that document while sharing your screen.
- If you prefer to submit a recorded presentation instead of attending and presenting online, please send the recorded files and the PowerPoint presentation at least ten days before the event starts.
Certification:
- According to our records, attendees will receive a certificate with their name and affiliation. If you have any changes or requests, please contact us at least one month before the conference.
- Attendees will receive a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate, acknowledging their commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- At the end of the conference, each participant will receive a certificate from the session chair or co-chair.
- The E-certificate will be emailed in 2-3 working days after the completion of the conference.
- It's important to note that co-authors not registered for the conference will not be eligible to receive a certificate.
Awards for Presentations:
- The Best Presentation award recognizes the most effective and visually appealing poster, evaluating content and design.
- All presenters (oral and poster) must register for the conference to be eligible, and participation is open to everyone unless otherwise specified.
- Judging will be based on the poster's originality, significance, research depth, delivery clarity, organization, and visual appeal.
- A panel of faculty members and field experts will use a standardized scoring rubric to ensure consistent evaluation. And Winners will receive certificates.
- The awards will be announced during the closing ceremony.
Best Oral Presenter
For outstanding performance in delivering a clear, engaging, and impactful oral presentation.
Criteria for Recognition:
- Deliver a well-structured presentation with a logical flow, from introduction to conclusion.
- Use visual aids effectively to enhance the message without overwhelming the audience.
- Maintain good pacing, keeping the audience’s attention throughout the presentation.
- Handled questions with poise, providing clear and thoughtful responses.
- Demonstrated thorough mastery of the subject, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.
- Communicate complex research clearly and engage the audience with confidence.
Best Poster Presenter
For excellence in creating and presenting an informative, visually engaging, and well-organized research poster
Criteria for Recognition:
- Create a visually appealing and informative poster.
- Organize the content with a clear structure, guiding the viewer through the research.
- Highlight key findings concisely, making complex information accessible.
- Actively engage with viewers, explaining the research clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the research, answering questions thoughtfully.
