Visa Information:
 

Participants are responsible for securing their visas for the conference. The Organizer (Precision Global Conferences) is not responsible for visa applications or approvals. Nonetheless, we are pleased to help you by providing a Visa Cover Letter to support your application process.
 

Eligibility Conditions for Visa Cover Letter:

 

  • The applicant must be officially registered for the conference, providing registration confirmation or receipt of payment for the event.
  • The applicant must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond the planned return date.
  • ​​An official invitation from the conference organizers must be provided. The invitation letter needs to specify the conference dates and venue, event name, participant role, and details of participation: speaker or guest.
     

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
 

  • All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the Precision Global Conference Secretary.
  • Cancellations made 120 days before the conference start date will receive less than a $200 administrative fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Cancellation orders placed within 100 days of the conference start date are non-refundable but transferred to the upcoming event.
  • Registrations are transferable until October 19, 2025, and any transfer requests after October 19, 2025, are not transferable.
  • Refunds will be started within 60 days of receiving the cancellation notification.
     

Note: The refund/Cancellation Policy does not apply if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond the organizers' control, including, without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. The organizer will allow the registered participants to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
 

Terms and Conditions:
 

  • By registering for the conference, you agree to the terms and conditions.
  • The organization reserves the right to change the program, date, and/or venue without notice.
  • The organization cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from an event's substitution, modification, postponement, or cancellation due to factors beyond its control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, labor disputes, terrorism, strikes, or acts of war.
  • The organization reserves the right to cancel any conference anytime for unavoidable and unforeseeable reasons. In case of cancellation, the organizer will not be liable to the client.
  • If the conference needs to be postponed, the registrations are still valid for events with new dates or future editions, but there is no applicable refund policy in this condition.
  • If an event is canceled, the organization shall make alternative, reasonable, and appropriate arrangements, such as publishing the information on the event's website so those who have reserved or bought tickets for the event may be aware.
  • Delegates will check this information before the event. Please keep checking the website for updates to our conference.
  • No responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to the property of the delegates will be accepted by the organizers during or because of the conference.
