Biography
I am a PhD candidate at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), specializing in plant cytology and taxonomy with a research focus on orchids. My work explores plant diversity using cytogenetic and morphological approaches to support accurate species delimitation and classification. I am particularly interested in integrating classical taxonomy with cytological data to better understand evolutionary relationships within Orchidaceae. My research contributes to biodiversity documentation and provides scientific insights for conservation planning and sustainable management of plant resources. Through my doctoral studies, I aim to strengthen knowledge of orchid diversity and promote the importance of plant systematics in biodiversity conservation.
