Biography
Khalid A. Hussein is Professor at Botany & Microbiology Dept. Assiut University, Egypt. He got his Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biotechnology at University of Kangwon, South Korea. He published so many international publications and presented in numerous international scientific meetings. His fascination for Fungi was inspired already in his M.Sc. thesis carried out at Assiut University, Egypt. He was a Full-Time Postdoctoral Fellow with at Kangwon National University, South Korea. Currently, his main research interests are pathways and regulatory circuits that are specific for fungi with a focus on Siderophores and secondary metabolism.
